Executive coaching for organizational leaders is one of the most effective and efficient methods available to increase the success of any endeavor, whether managing change, increasing productivity, or healing relationships.

Mosaic coaching is rooted in a sincere and deep desire to assist the individual in realizing their own unique gifts, and leveraging those in services to themselves and their goals.

Connecting to a deeper purpose may sound a bit “touchy-feely,” but the longest-lasting and most effective results come from knowing one’s self and being truly authentic.


Executive Coaching

Sometimes you need a partner who is a good listener, non-judgmental and can provide ideas and tools to create the professional life you want. We work with top level executives and leaders in the corporate and public benefit sector who want their work life to be more than hustling from meeting to meeting and not feeling they are in control of their lives or making the impact they want.

We usually work in sets of coaching hours from a minimum of 6 up to many months. These can be in person or virtual. Scheduling is at your convenience.

Senior Team Development

Having a cohesive and focused team takes time, intention, training, and coaching. We offer customized team development training sessions as well as 360-degree assessments to help teams understand themselves, their mission, and how they can work more effectively together.

Some examples of tools we use include MBTI assessments and Patrick Lencioni’s “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team.”


Executive Transitions/Search

Hiring the right leader is one of the most important tasks a Board of Directors can take on. Having a partner who understands the CEO/Executive Director position from the inside is essential to the process, and is where Mosaic’s depth of experience benefits you.

Mosaic takes an integrated approach to the transition and search process using a simple yet elegant three step process:

Prepare – includes organizational assessment, review of strategic plan and departing activities for the existing CEO/Executive Director.

Pivot – includes a comprehensive search process outlining the ideal job profile, search distribution portals, interviewing support, reference checking, and the final offer process.

Thrive – includes communication support as you speak to the community about the new leader, facilitation of Board Chair/new leader relationship, and continuing support through coaching hours to help identify and achieve goals.
