Welcome...

I have had the honor of serving in many capacities in my professional life – Advanced Soul Coach Practitioner, Management Consultant, Executive Director, Executive-level Philanthropy, Sales Executive, Human Resources Manager, Corporate Trainer, and Community Builder. My background as an immigrant and as the leader of an organization primarily serving people from diverse cultures, allows me to work especially well with organizations serving culturally diverse communities. It is this mosaic of experiences -- from on-the-ground organizer to boardroom leader -- that I bring to the public benefit sector and businesses enterprises. Offering a mosaic of talent is also our approach to our work; Mosaic gathers all the right people together in service to our clients.

This is my heart's work, my passion, and my calling. I welcome the opportunity to connect with individuals and organizations that are interested in finding and expressing their unique purpose in this world and building organizational capacity to deliver!

How can we partner and serve you?

Amari Romero-Thomas,

  • Amari is a thoughtful and experienced trainer. At her recent “Keep Calm and Lead Change” for Hawaii nonprofits, she created a safe environment for our participants to share their challenges leading change initiatives, learn from each other and leave with critical next steps to implement back at their organizations. Participants appreciated her engaging and supportive training style.
