We usually work in sets of coaching hours from a minimum of 6 up to many months. These can be in person or virtual. Scheduling is at your convenience.

Senior Team Development
Having a cohesive and focused team takes time, intention, training, and coaching. We offer customized team development training sessions as well as 360-degree assessments to help teams understand themselves, their mission, and how they can work more effectively together.

Thrive – includes communication support as you speak to the community about the new leader, facilitation of Board Chair/new leader relationship, and continuing support through coaching hours to help identify and achieve goals.
